This is a different process to chocolate tempering and involves coating different centres in chocolate that are then glazed to a shine.
To create these products, we use a panning machine with a rotating drum that holds the ingredients being coated.
We have created a range of panned chocolate products to satisfy all kinds of chocolate cravings such as dark chocolate coated almonds, coffee beans, ginger and orange jellies. Milk chocolate hazelnuts, macadamia nuts and turkish delight, and white chocolate strawberries.
