All our chocolate wrapping & packing is done by hand by our packaging team.

The chocolates are first heat-sealed into confectioner’s foil to keep out light, air and moisture.

Packaging

This part of our packaging helps maintain long-lasting freshness and prevents flavour compounds from deteriorating.

The chocolates are then placed into chocolate boxes – the boxes are printed with our brand image and colours and contain important information like ingredients used and food allergens. Besides conveying information to our customers, the cardboard boxes act as insulation and shock absorption for the chocolates especially while in transit.

We then pack our wrapped chocolate bars into our shipper boxes that each hold 10 chocolates. These shipper boxes open up into display boxes that work well on supermarket shelves. They also act as insulation and shock absorption to prevent damage while in transit.

Finally, the shipper boxes are packed into cases and are ready for dispatch.
